The pump body and cover are entirely made of GJL 200 EN 1561 cast iron, a highly robust material, combined with an impeller in the same metal, which ensures structural solidity and prolonged operational durability. The valve, made of NBR and AISI 304 stainless steel, guarantees an impeccable seal, while the motor jacket in 1.4301 EN AISI 304 stainless steel combines mechanical resistance and light construction. The shaft, in 1.4305 EN AISI 303 stainless steel, combines excellent mechanical properties with strong resistance to corrosion, increasing the reliability and overall longevity of the system. The handle, made of high quality polypropylene, ensures resistance and ease of use. The double upper and lower mechanical seal, composed of alumina, carbon and NBR, uses white lubricating oil compliant with food and pharmaceutical standards, guaranteeing a safe and durable seal even in harsh conditions.
