Pressurization system with Meta Small Inverter

Meta Small is an advanced pressurization system with inverter technology, designed and built by Calpeda, a brand recognized for reliability and construction quality. The robust structure is composed of a pump body in high-resistance Cr-Ni 1.430 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, coupled with a pump cover in the same material, which guarantees solidity and durability over time. The shaft, also made of Cr-Ni 1.430 EN AISI 304 steel, offers excellent mechanical characteristics and notable resistance to corrosion, while the PPO-GF20 Noryl impeller optimizes hydraulic performance with precision and efficiency. The motor jacket is made of Cr-Ni 1.430 EN AISI 304 steel and equipped with a cap also made of stainless steel, while the suction body is made of PPO-GF20 Noryl. The membrane is made of butyl, protected by an acetal resin cover, as are the tank cover and the non-return valve, both structured in high quality acetal resin. The mechanical seal, made of quality materials such as carbon, ceramic and NBR, is designed to ensure reliability, prevent leaks and ensure long operating life, even under conditions of continuous use. Meta Small has a power of 0.90 HP.
