BSM2V 2xMeta Small Pressurization Group

2 x Meta Small is an advanced pressurization unit with inverter technology, designed and manufactured by Calpeda, a brand renowned for reliability and engineering excellence. The robust structure includes a pump body made of high-resistance Cr-Ni 1.430 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, paired with a pump cover in the same material, ensuring solidity and long-lasting durability. The shaft, also made of Cr-Ni 1.430 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, offers excellent mechanical properties and outstanding corrosion resistance, while the PPO-GF20 Noryl impeller optimizes hydraulic efficiency and operational performance with precision. The motor casing, made of Cr-Ni 1.430 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, is completed with a stainless-steel cap, while the suction body is made of PPO-GF20 Noryl. The butyl membrane is protected by an acetal resin cover, as are the tank cover and the non-return valve, both made of high-quality acetal resin. The mechanical seal, composed of selected materials such as carbon, ceramic, and NBR, is engineered to ensure reliability, prevent leaks, and guarantee long service life even under continuous operation. The total power of the 2 x Meta Small series is 2 x 0.65 kW, providing versatility and consistent performance in every application.

Execution;

• Variable speed self-priming pressurization system.
• MÈTA is a plug and play solution, the pump is equipped with an integrated pressure sensor, non-return valve and a membrane tank.
• The electronics automatically control start-up and shutdown and allow the pressure to be maintained constant.
• 2-pump groups. Suction and delivery manifolds in AISI 304.
• Predisposition for mounting a G1 connection tank.

Applications;

• For water supply.
• For domestic use, gardening and irrigation.

Limits of use;

• Liquid temperature from 0 ° up to + 35 °.
• Ambient temperature up to 40°C.
• Maximum pressure allowed in the pump body: 8 bar.
• Continuous service.
