MGP Monobloc Centrifugal Pump

MGP by Calpeda is a monobloc centrifugal electric pump, designed and built by Calpeda, a symbol of reliability and high construction quality. Its robust structure consists of a high-resistance GJL cast iron body, integrated with a GJL 200 EN cast iron fitting, which ensures solidity and long durability over time. The shaft, in AISI 430F stainless steel, guarantees excellent mechanical properties and excellent resistance to corrosion, while the brass impeller optimizes hydraulic efficiency and operational performance. The mechanical seal, made with selected materials such as carbon, ceramic and NBR, is designed to ensure reliability, prevent leaks and guarantee a long operating life even in conditions of continuous use. The MGP series is available in six different powers: 0.34HP, 0.50HP, 0.60HP, 1HP, 1HP and 1.50HP, offering great flexibility for varied applications and constant performance in every operating context.

Execution;

• Monobloc horizontal multistage pumps.
• Cast iron pump body, open on one side only (barrel casing), with front suction port above the pump axis and radial delivery port at the top.
• Stadi in Noryl.

The bronze variants are supplied fully coated with protective paint.

Applications;

• For water supply.
• For domestic use, for gardening and irrigation. Limitations of use

Limits of use;

• Liquid temperature: from 0 °C to +50 °C.
• Ambient temperature up to 40°C.
• Maximum final pressure allowed in the pump body: 8 bar.
• Continuous service.
