MNDM Monobloc Centrifugal Pump

MNDM by Calpeda is a monobloc centrifugal electric pump, designed and built by Calpeda, synonymous with reliability and superior construction quality. The robust structure consists of a high-resistance GJL cast iron body, integrated with a GJL 200 EN cast iron fitting, which guarantees solidity and long durability over time. The shaft, made of AISI 430F stainless steel, offers excellent mechanical characteristics and excellent resistance to corrosion, while the brass impeller optimizes hydraulic efficiency and operational performance. The mechanical seal, made of selected materials such as carbon, ceramic and NBR, is designed to ensure reliability, prevent leaks and guarantee a long operating life even in conditions of continuous use. The MNDM series is available in three different powers: 1HP, 1.5HP and 2HP, offering flexibility for diversified applications and guaranteeing constant performance in every context.

Execution;

• Monobloc centrifugal electric pumps with direct motor-pump coupling and single shaft.
• Version with two opposing impellers (with balanced axial thrust) with pump body and cast iron fitting
• UNI-ISO 228/1 threaded ports.
• The bronze variants are supplied fully coated with protective paint.

Applications;

• For clean liquids without abrasive parts, not aggressive for the pump materials (with solid parts up to 0.2% max).
• For water supply.
• For heating, air conditioning, cooling and circulation systems.
• For civil and industrial applications.
• For fire prevention systems.
• For irrigation.

Limits of use;

• Liquid temperature: -10 °C to +90 °C.
• Ambient temperature up to 40°C.
• Manometric suction height up to 7 m.
• Maximum final pressure allowed in the pump body: 10 bar.
