Jet NGM Self-Priming Pump

Jet NGM by Calpeda is a self-priming pump, designed and built by Calpeda, synonymous with reliability and manufacturing excellence. The robust structure consists of a body and the wall of the diffuser is made of high-resistance GJL cast iron, integrated with a GJL 200 EN cast iron fitting, which guarantees solidity and long durability over time with a Noril PPO nozzle. The shaft, made of AISI 430F stainless steel, offers excellent mechanical characteristics and excellent resistance to corrosion, while the impeller is made of P-CU Zn brass for maximum hydraulic efficiency and operational performance. The mechanical seal, composed of selected materials such as carbon, ceramic and NBR, is designed to ensure reliability, prevent leaks and ensure long life even in continuous operating conditions. The Jet NGM series is available in two different powers, 0.75HP and 1HP, offering great versatility for diversified applications and constant performance in every operating context.

Execution;

• Self-priming monobloc centrifugal electric pumps with built-in ejector.
• NG: version with pump body and cast iron fitting.
• BNG: version with pump body and bronze fitting.
• The bronze pumps are supplied completely painted.

Applications;

• For water supply with suction from wells.
• To increase the pressure available from a distribution network (observe local regulations).
• For clean liquids or slightly dirty surface water.
• For gardening.
• For washing with a water jet.

Limits of use;

• Liquid temperature up to 40 °C.
• Ambient temperature up to 40°C.
• Maximum final pressure allowed in the pump body 10 bar.
• Continuous service.
