The mechanical seal in ceramic, alumina, carbon and NBR with edible oil guarantees reliability and long life. The Calpeda GXRM series represents a submersible pump designed and manufactured by the renowned brand, synonymous with reliability and engineering excellence. The pump jacket is made of Cr-Ni 1.4301 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, a high resistance material, complemented by an ergonomic polypropylene handle. The pump body and impeller are also made of Cr-Ni 1.4301 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring robustness and long durability. The shaft, made of chromium-nickel 1.4305 EN AISI 303 steel, combines excellent mechanical properties with high resistance to corrosion, increasing the overall longevity of the system. The engine jacket is also made of Cr-Ni 1.4301 EN AISI 304 stainless steel, while the filter, made with the same high-quality material, guarantees protection and prolonged reliability. The mechanical seal, composed of ceramic, alumina, carbon and NBR, uses white lubricating oil compliant with food and pharmaceutical standards, ensuring perfect sealing and long operating life. The GXRM series is available in different powers - 0.34 HP, 0.50 HP and 0.60 HP - offering high flexibility of use and constant performance in multiple civil and industrial applications.

Execution;

Submersible multistage centrifugal pumps with stainless steel jacket, vertical delivery port and suction non-return valve.
Ability to suck water up to 1 millimeter from the bottom. Engine cooled by pumped water with flow between the engine jacket and the external jacket.
Double seal on the shaft with interposed oil chamber. The pump is equipped with a non-return valve on suction which, during operation, allows you to manually move the pump to several points in the room and suck up water up to 1 mm without depriming the pump.

Applications;

GXRM:
Clean water with suspended solids up to a diameter of 10 mm (12 mm for GXRM 12..).
Emptying of flooded rooms or tanks.
Withdrawal of water from ponds, streams, rainwater collection wells and for irrigation.
GXV:
Clean or slightly dirty water with suspended solids up to a diameter of 25 mm.
Particularly suitable for liquids with a high content of solids.
For outdoor use, the power cable must have a length of at least 10 m according to EN 60 335-2-41.
