CTM 60/A Peripheral Pump

CTM 60/A is an electric pump designed and built by Calpeda, synonymous with reliability and construction quality. Its robust structure is composed of a high-resistance GJL cast iron body, coupled with a P-CU brass cover, which guarantees solidity and durability over time. The shaft, made of AISI 430 F stainless steel, ensures excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, while the brass impeller optimizes hydraulic performance with efficiency and precision. The mechanical seal, made of quality materials such as carbon, ceramic and NBR, is designed to guarantee reliability, protection against leaks and long operating life, even in conditions of continuous use.

Execution;

• Monobloc electric pumps with peripheral impeller.
• Compact and patented structure, with motor casing and pump side wall made of a single monolithic element.
• Device protected from water infiltrations towards the engine coming from the outside.

• CT version with cast iron hydraulic body. versione con corpo idraulico in ghisa.

• B-CT 61 version with bronze hydraulic body.

• ICT 61 version with stainless steel hydraulic body.

The bronze variants are supplied fully coated with protective paint.

Applications;

• Designed for the conveyance of clear fluids, free of abrasive or suspended particles, non-explosive and non-aggressive towards the pump's construction materials.
• Suitable for increasing the pressure available within distribution networks (in compliance with local regulations in force).
• Thanks to their small dimensions, these electric pumps are particularly suitable for integration into machinery and systems intended for the cooling, conditioning and circulation of fluids.

Limits of use;

• Liquid temperature up to 60°C.
• Ambient temperature up to 40°C.
• Manometric suction height up to 7 m.
• Continuous service. (S3 60% for three-phase).
